Gutted I missed the dodgy local bar but am afraid that Outback is out for me. Already promised the wife I would take her. No offence but she makes a better date

Same here. I keep the weekends free for the mrs but I can make week nights. Talking to weather we were thinking of also havering a TST night out but nothing planned yet.

This saturday I'm out of town and like others have a vague preference for weeknights - often hike on Saturday and never sure when I wil get home!

I suppose it depends on what people like to eat. There are a lot of Japanese places in TMT now, obviously a lot of Chinese restaurants then the Western type food, e.g. pasta, steak.
As long as it's food with a cool beverage I am not too fussy.
