jawwed - I do have a QMAS visa, and I hope you haven't made any real plans to be "Moving Soon" - there's a very long way between receiving acknowledgement of your application, receiving your Approval-In-Principle, and receiving your actual visa. You've probably been mislead by your 'consultant' as to how quick and easy the process is. I also hope your didn't pay your consultant/lawyer very much, as usehername said, because it's probably wasted money.
There are no more than a few 10s of successful non-Chinese applicants per year at the moment, and of those the majority go to Westerners. Really do not assume you're going to get approved, and really really do not assume it'll happen any time soon. Plan accordingly.
