Tycoon Place

Hi guys,

Does anyone have any feedback on Tycoon Place in Tai Po? We have 3 boys and were pretty much set on Beverly Hills but have just seen a great house in Tycoon Place but are having trouble balancing facilities vs house in our mind.

Part of the issue is that we did not get a chance to view all the facilities at Tycoon Place to compare. So any feedback on the facilities, community feel, % of expat etc between the two is appreciated.

Tycoon Place is built like The Vineyard on the other side of NT. You have a residents centre with gyms and pools etc so much the same as BH. However you get gardens at TP and BH is very built up. A bit like a Ghetto IMHO I would imagine that TP is much more relaxed and Western in vibe. I know The Vineyard is
