Mid levels with 3 kids : Dynasty court vs Haddon court vs Garden Terrace?

Hi,

We will move from France with our 3 kids (13, 11 and 6) in august. They will go to FIS in happy valley and Jardines (lucky us).
My husband will have an office in central, and travel almost weekly (airport express).
We had a nice relocation trip in march, all over HK Island, and now we are starting to look for a flat...we want to focus on Happy valley or Mid Levels (hope it is not crazy with the kids...);
We find it more convenient to be in the north, and love the escalator!
Considering The Mid Levels, we could go to Dynasty court, Haddon court, or Garden terrace?

Do you have any opinion on these buildings? Is the quality good (sound insulation inside and outside, air con, management)? How are the facilities? Is the Location convenient? Are there expats families?

Isnt Haddon Garden a brand new building on Conduit Road?? In which case, you might be faced with a lot of new people moving in / renovating etc.

I'd personally go with the older buildings - Dynasty is nice and has shuttle buses into Central. Not been to Garden Terrace. Both of them should be a "little bit" close to FIS than Haddon.

Haddon Court (海天閣) was building in 1995, not so new. It is true it is more in the west area! Thanks

There is no public transport in Old Peak Road, where both Dynasty and Garden Terrace are. Haddon court is on Conduit Road. You have access to No 3 Mini green Bus and few minutes away No 13 New World Bus. 6-7 minutes walk to the Escalator. Flow of Taxis is also good.
