Olympian City has a lot of estates, some with excellent facilities. Make sure to check out Cherry Street Park as well as the promenade area near One Silver Sea.

How much are the 3 bedroom apartments at Laguna Verde in Hung Hom going for these days?

Close to TST via their large coach bus.

If it's in your budget, might be worth considering.

Hey.. guys so I have now moved to HK and the apartment hunt has started. I think I am inclined to the blechers. Flat land ... play areas for my twin 2 yr olds and a kindergarten next door.

Is there a specialist agent for Belchers?

Exclamation Windy estate - hold on to your kids.

Suggest that you just front up to any estate agents in the immediate vicinity & ask.

AKAIK lettings aren't tied to any specific agency.

Just head there, and look around in Belcher's Street for the object of your desires.

Belchers - apart from the name - seems okay, my sister in law has been living there for years since returning from Hongcouver!

The one point I rather disliked was the "gale-force" winds around that gated estate when walking on Pok Fu Lam Road.
