Planning to move hong Kong from delhi

We r family of 3 person. Me my husband and our kid (6yr 9 months). Husband got a global opportunity from office. We have to decide about our move before June i.e. 1june. Need advise for some points..
1.our son is in 2nd standard as per india.. Will he get admission in June for session in September 2019-20 in HK..
    2. What type of school we should go for International or ESF. What is the educational difference between both.
    3. According to his age what will he get P1 y1( which is equivalent to grade 2 in India.
    4. Which areas r better to live in a decent 2bhk house with rent not more than $25000.

If you're considering ESF for 2019-20 admissions, you're probably a bit too late.

Take a look at their current admissions status and get in touch with them ASAP.

There might be places in other schools, but it can get expensive - esp as as some of the schools need a hefty upfront debenture.

Find a school first (you may find it quite difficult and have to accept compromises). Once you found a school with a place, then let us know which area and we can help with accommodation. The suggestion to come for a while in a serviced appt and look around is the right one.

    Differences between curriculum.

    ESF is considered "international".

International schools in HK usually offer 1 or 2 of 3 streams - IB, UK Curriculum or whatever their national curriculum is (Australian, French, German, Japanese etc).
