Man and a van

Can anyone recommend a 'man and his van'? We will be moving out of our serviced apartment on Saturday going to Pokfulam and thought it would be easier and cheaper if we had someone move all of our things ion one go?

btw they will normally just provide the van and won't help you move the stuff, that you have to do yourself.

They do, call them, they'll quote you a higher price if you tell them you need them to help move. I paid HKD350, just moved to Pok Fu Lam too. The guy help me move everything, 3 luggages 5 boxes and myself, all in one trip. Pass the phone to the concierge of your serviced apartment if you need help conversing in cantonese.
