    From my memory, a 5.5 ton truck driver couple hours is Hk$500, and help is $800/helper. Usually you’d need two helpers.

    Yes I believe it’s the same or similar as lalamove, they charge a little extra for “English service”, people will call to bargain the price so you have to have a price in mind. Everyone is basically independent so depends if you caught them in a good mood. If the stock market is doing bad that day then they might ask for more, who knows.

    You can use GogoX and tick "speak English" and "move door to door"

    You will pay a premium for stairs! And if the houses are not roadside and require wheeling the stuff along tight/crappy paths, gutters, etc, expect to pay extra for that.

    If you’re physically able to get the stuff to the side of the road and then up to the unit, you can save big and just pay for the fixed rate fee on Gogo. Pay a friend $1000 to help out,

    Probably only the boss and phone operator at their office can speak some english . Dont expect the workers coming on the day can.
