I’ve used SevenSeas three times in the past (twice in HK related moves) and have in general very few complaints. Their prices have been good. Their customer service has been excellent. And their movers have been efficient and timely. There have been no surprise charges, etc.

I’m in the middle of a move now that is somewhat complicated (no movers allowed in the house), but that’s mostly due to the pandemic clusterfuck rather than any fault of the company.

Can wholeheartedly recommend UniGroup, zero complaints and excellent customer service. Many of our friends and colleagues used them too and were equally happy with them.

You have zero engagement on this site. You only signed up to complain about some randos at their call center and have never used their service. Why should anyone believe you?

Over the years we have had significant number of positive reviews about them from people who have used their service and are regular posters on this site.

I need to ship stuff to the US and got scared off SS due to the bad reviews. Any other recommendations of better companies?

Literally everything has gone to shit... If you actually value your possession consider a DHL/FedEx type BOX or excess luggage?
