    I live in want you are looking for, >900 sq ft, right next to the escalator, view over the whole city. Problem is that it cost 47k per month. I recommend you look for older building where the LL has redone the inside. My friend lives in that kind of apartment very close to SoHo and he pays 30k. Better value for money than my apartment I would say..

    Just a word of caution when looking at square footage. In Hong Kong what is advertised as 900sqft is the gross floor area and efficiency is usually 70-80%, sometimes less, sometimes more. You may also be surprised at the size of some rooms, as mentioned earlier, a second bedroom is usually used for storage as that is very limited in Hong Kong, especially for things like vacuum cleaner, ironing board, suitcases, etc.
