    Plan to bring
    1.Ticket
    2.Passport with valid visa(Not necessary if you are planning to stay for less than 2 weeks)
    3. Necessary clothing
    4. Pressure cooker
    5. Masalas for a week/two. You can find all the Indian masalas/Tea brands here in HK
    6. Some utensils like chappati tawa

    Don't forget the roller pin and if you are really bringing your pressure cooker along with you then pack plenty of spare rubber gaskets for your brand of pressure cooker as they may not be easily available here.

    if you dont mind me asking, how old/young are you?I am 29 btw, started cooking when I was 11. My grandma was always after me, learn cooking, or you wont get married! hahaha, i still laugh thinking of it!

    Well, dunno bout the marriage part, but, be thankful you can make those soft chapatis effortlessely.

    oh yes, I am thankful to her for telling me to do most of the things else I wont get married, including not being lazy!

    And I am still waiting to get some free time to make those fulkas.
