    Schooling in HK

We are planning to move to HK in Sep. The plan is to reside in Tung Chung area. My daughter is 4years & 6 months (and has followed 2 years in a montisoree course) . We intend her to follow a British curriculam . Would greatly appreciate if somebody could suggest some good primary (ESF) schools. Should we be looking at schools in Hongkong island (due to traveling involved) or are all the good schools located in Kowloon side?

I assume that she would first have toa ttend a upper kindergarten , is that correct?

Scroll down to see their list of kindergartens.

Plenty of good schools on HK side .. matter of rental / travel budgets. Our kid will be going to the Kennedy school next year for his P1

    Shock,

You can check the web site of the government, they do have all the public, private and international schools information. I have been checking with it the past month, it is really helpful. Site: www.emb.gov.hk

Beside, in Tung Chung, there is a kindergerten call Sunshine House, its a english base school. Also there is a Lantau International School (primary), it only 30 minutes from Tung Chung, they do have school bus service.

    Good luck!

    Hi
We live in Tung Chung and our children go to school in Kowloon Tong. We drive them which takes about 25-30minutes to get them there. Drive is relatively easy using the Expressway.
    Good Luck.
