Is there public schools in HK for HK resident? And anyone provide a list of public schools and there requirements?

there are gov't schools everywhere, that is a very broad question. You could probably check the gov't website for the education dept.

i jsut thought, do you mean public schools like in england (really private) or do you mean public schools like in northa america (gov't run)???
