do you think this is odd that when you are studying for master degree in polyu and they make you pay for student services that you didn't ask for. if you do not want to join, you have to apply for exemption and get refund?
same thing happening in other institution?
it's like subscribing for mobile phone services and they make u pay extra hkd50 every month for sms service. if u do not want it, u have to apply for exemption every month.. ?
so annoying..
