    I take it you are all for affirmative action in HK then.
    Isn't one of the purposes of state paid for education to try to break the cycle of privilege due to inherited wealth and make society more meritocratic and allowing people to maximise their utility.

    Not just book based language courses but also life skills stuff like team sports, the arts, and obviously more math with this being HK.

    of course! they also provide: violin, football, tae kwon do, putonghua etc at a very good price ($1300 for the next 4 months! all done in chinese so that his listening and speaking skills are further honed).

    my kids also have a swimming coach whom we've used for the past 3 summers.
