I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this subject for me! I want to know the requirements for registration as a kindergarten principal here in HK. When I called the useless EDB they told me...

'Applicants must have a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood or equivalent.'

When i asked them what 'equivalent' meant, they didn't have a clue! I'm looking for information on a route which does not involve a Bachelors in Education, but rather a Degree with relevant Post Graduate qualifications.

Surely not everyone has a Bachelors in Education, so what do the rest of us do if we want to advance?!
