I want to apply for a PDGE in HK next year.
I was rejected by HKIED last admission; for the 2 yrs part time Special Education.
I have no idea why I was rejected. My background satisfied their requirements as fas as I know, except that at the time I was not working in a school during application.
However, I am now employed part time in a special ed school as an Educational Assistant. And I wonder about my chances of this year intake.

Does it affect the chance of admission if I apply for full time or part time?
Does it matter if I didn't do so well as an undergrad, though my university is totally recognised internationally.
Lastly, is it generally just difficult to get into any PGDE course in HK? Is there any institution been known to accept students more generously?

Many Thanks.
