I'm currently applying to Master's program in applied math at universities in Hong Kong and Germany, so if I get accepted, I may come to live in Hong Kong or Germany. However, right now I am unemployed and need something to do. I'm thinking that because there's a fairly good chance I'll get admitted somewhere in Hong Kong, I may as well try living in Hong Kong for a bit to decide if I really want to do my MS here and live here long-term instead of Germany.
However, it would be hard to get a job in IT in Hong Kong now since I have very little work experience. What do you guys think? Should I just come to HK anyways and get in touch with recruiters to try to get a job?
