Is there a certificate to teach Chinese as a foreign laguage?

Is there a certificate that one can take in Hong Kong (or then online?) to teach Chinese as a foreign language is a European primary, secondary, high school, or a private school? Something like TESL / TEFL, that doesn't take too much time to obtain for a native Chinese speaker? Thank you.

To teach Chinese, not to learn Chinese. A certificate that someone can use to show a European school that one is a trained Chinese language teacher.

Thank you. After much research I understand that my wife would need to get a TCSOL certificate. There are lots of online schools (none in HK apparently), many of which seem scams. Anyway, it takes 200 to 300 hours to obtain the TCSOL certificate, so there is no rush. She will do it when we are back in Europe.

It doesn't seem that the proficiency test is needed.

    Thanks again.
