EDB Secondary NET scheme via category 7

Good evening all
I was wondering if anyone can help me with some enquiries about getting on to the EDB Secondary NET scheme via category 7. (below reference)
These are my three questions
1) Is my understanding correct that to meet the criteria for category 7 that I do not need a PGDE? since I have a MEd?
2) Can a school still employ me as a SNET under category 7, if so, what would the remuneration package be?
3) Does Category 7 still entitle me to the housing allowance?

Category 7 (to be
appointed at GM rank, MPS pt. 15-33, with salary bar at MPS pt. 20)

1. a bachelor’s degree in any subject from a Hong Kong university or equivalent;
2. a master’s degree in TEFL/TESL, or equivalent; and
3. at least 1 year’s post-graduate experience of teaching English (preferably as a second or foreign language) at secondary level or above.

It is exactly the same as the other NETS but you have a salary bar at 20. Let the EDB office in Kowloon Tong guide you. Only they know the real answer to anything.
