Our family is due to relocate to HK from UK in July this year and we are struggling to find a place in a school for our 5 year old.
We were unsuccessful in even getting an interview with ESF and we've just been told by another school we applied to that it is unlikely, even on a sibling priority, that she will have a place in September 09, due to the waitlist.
My husband's company do not offer any help with finding school places and he is now in a state of panic (as am I) as to how to handle this.
We will be able to afford fees (the company help in that regard at least) but we don't have the cash to throw application fees at every school in HK.
Does anyone have any advice or guidance on what we should do if we find ourselves in September without a school place?
Many thanks.
