Spanish Courses

I am a beginning Spanish student. I have seen some courses in HK but they are all incredibly expensive. Does anyone know of any place to study Spanish in a classroom environment but at a fairly lower costs (i.e. for a semester or quarter)?

They have Spanish classes at the HK Institute of Languages, where they charge 2,888 HKD for 10 courses, once a week and that's about 288.8 HKD for 2 hours. Here's their website for more information: http://www.hklanguages.com/index-
