Private Flexible Mandarin lesson for absolute beginner

I have read most of the posts and browsed the websites for the language school....
I would appreciate your feedbacks. I live in HK island (around causeway bay) and want to do private mandarin classes for beginners.
What school/company would you recommend? impossible to judge with the information online etc; i'd like to hear from people who have experienced it....
