    My pedantic diversion:

    I'd have to agree with euromix. If the number of languages is unknown or open ended, it should be "what". Given the thousands of languages/dialects in the world, "what" is the better choice.

    "Which" should be used if it's a known quantity, such as "which Australian state is that from".
