Can you please tell me a bit more about Bel-Air. I saw a few pictures of the area and property but have not been there yet to have a look aound.

Upside is that it is gorgeous and downside is that it is not at the center of everything (which is actually an upside for me). Judging by the way the population in the peak hour shuttle bus has doubled in the last 2 weeks - a lot of people have suddenly looked at it. I strongly suggest you do so as well.

Pls would you be able help advise the rental price range for a one-bedroom apartment & also single room in Bel Air? I'm single and look to move to Pokfulam, Kennedy Town or Wan Chai. Will work in Central as well.

Btw, What is the difference between staying in Keneddy Town and PokFuLam huh? The pollution/traffic level and accessibility to other places? Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks!
