Trying to find a friend from 80s

Hi, I am trying to get in contact with an old friend whom i meet in HK in the 80s by the name of Bosco Keown, he had a son and daughter of which i can not remember their names and he was a member of Kowloon Cricket Club. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know this is a long shot but never say never. Thanks folks ............

    Try the Kowloon Cricket Club?

They may still have contacts for members

Yep . and his son / daughter might still be a member there.

Have a feeling his last name might be Kwan or Kwong the name you've given seems incorrect.

A very quick Google says that he is in Ireland (with his wife Chris) and that whoever answers [email protected] will be able to contact him.

Clever! I kept thinking the name was a typo.

In fact if you then go to the Irish phonebook (http://www.eircomphonebook.ie ) and enter Keown and the location Louth you will find his full current address and phone number. (And the fact that one of his kids has the wonderful name of Cowhie.)

Isn't the internet a wonderful thing?

My pleasure. But it's Google you really have to thank. It would have been a lot harder if his name was, say, John Smith.
