photos or videos needed for 28 March 2015 (Sat) from 3.45pm to 6.15pm at the legal motorbike parking lot in Wyndham St (near Arbothnott Rd), Central. Bars and restaurants on both sides.

at about 3.45pm...bike was parked in the parking lot with few other bikes parked there and a few private vehicles waited on the same side of the road. Saw no road blocks or signages from transport department for supension of the parking lot. at 6.15pm... bike was being towed away.

Need photos or videos, or witnesses to proof there were not suspension notice posted at least before 5pm or during the signs or incidence were displayed.
