Here are a few listings for the Grand Promenade, all with 3 bedrooms only:

(Just for the record, I am not associated with any real estate agents nor do I work in that line of business.)

    Thanks Raccon, flicka and timklip.

I did check out Grand Promenade, seems nice. I love the kitchen and the appliances. The other place I quite like is Pacific Palisades Towers but it seems like there is no helper room in the apartments there.

We're going to be 2 adults and 2 kids (3 yo and 6mths) but expecting visitors so I'll like at least a three bedroom plus it's nice for the kids to have their own rooms. Is it far to go from Grand Promenade or Pacific Palisade to Sheung Wan? DD's school will be in that area (FIS).

Pacific Palisade is located on Braemar Hill, just above the North Point MTR station. Grand Promenade is near to Sai Wan Ho MTR station, so it's a bit further to Sheung Wang but perhaps more convenient if you have (or want) to walk to/from the station.

    Hi Sannie75,
Grand Pom is about a 5 minute walk to the MTR and then its about 25 minutes to Sheung Wan, so not too bad.
There is also a double decker bus that goes to Macau Ferry Terminal via Causeway Bay, Wan Chai, Central from the bus terminus under the GP - takes about 40 minutes, I'd guess. You're almost in Sheung Wan at that point (not sure where the school is tough).

    good luck in your search!
