HK House Music, Electro, Trance scene...

    Hi Guys,

What is the HOUSE / Electronic music scene like in HK?

Any suggestions? spots? Where the BIG DJ's come from time to time to perform? Kowloon/HK island spots?

Afterhours? (4am start parties with sick dirty beat DJs)

    thanks!

House/electro/trance scene is pretty dead compared to european countries. Most clubs play hip-hop/rnb.
Yumla plays house most nights, usually quite liquid though. If you like the dirty beats, Volar has good internationals from time to time. Also drop is also mostly house, a nice place to go but its uaully members only. 'BIG DJ'S' sometimes headline dance parties which are organised @ larger-than-club veunes, you can keep up to date at hkclubbing.com

Bunch of Japanese psy-trance djs on tomorrow night (Sat) at Sammi's Kitchen. Look up Destroyed HK and Scream! for electro events.

partying with 12 year olds yay! i don't think there will be much drinking so your going to have to resort to other things.
