In fairness to those of us who do react to it, don't forget, you can be allergic to anything. I no longer care abt scientific studies. I know that copius amounts of it, like in most soy sauces and local food, I feel terrible afterwards.

I recently read somewhere that taking a vitamin B6 supplement could alleviate the symptoms caused by "Chinese Restaurant Syndrome", because people who have vitamin B6 deficiance become allergic to MSG...

    Alternative treatment?

Has anyone else discovered a good remedy for Chinese restaurant syndrome? Currently i control my excess sweating by enjoying a copious amount of tea while i eat Chinese food.
