I thought that Wagyu was some kind of Japanese beef. Apparently Wagyu meat is the best beef money can buy. Has anyone ever tried it before? For info on Wagyu beef check http://www.dedriemorgen.com/english or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wagyu
Thanks,
Charlie
It is indeed. And the restaurant called Wagyu sells it at about three times the price of normal steaks. Any reviews received with interest...
Interesting! Where is this restaurant exactly? Because I can't seem to find it when googling.
Jacky Kagi does a mean Wagyu @ Reflexion ..

Pretty reasonably priced ... and he is a great host. (yeah.. I'm a fan of that place..)
Wagyu is owned by Jaspa's Group so I'm betting it' good.
Seen both places, but my wallet isn't ready for 'em. Maybe when I get myself a decent job
I bet they're both excellent.
Funnily enough, I spent the first few years of my life right on Wyndham Street.
