The Chinese make a lot of herb liqueurs that hardly any white ghosts, including yours truly, know about.

Depending on the herbs used (for example, sage) you can get a particular sensation. We have some of this in the West, like absinthe, which is thujone based.

A good recommendation for a Chinese liqueur store where the proprietor speaks English and gives a fair price would be interesting. But since nobody but Chinese knows about these, the prices should still be low.
