Bars & restaurants with great open air views?

Any recommendations for bars & restaurants with great open air views? (not through a window but on a balcony or similar)

The bar on the 30+ floor of the Excelsior, CWB, has fantastic views over the harbour and HK. Drinks are a bit on the expensive side at $100+ each.

Cocky Bar on the 18th floor of The One in TST has an awesome view. Although the outside area is often booked up and drinks are a lil pricy. Still worth a visit tho!

Zentro Garden out in Tung Chung is great for this time of year and they have all-day (discount-) Happy Hour on weekends. It is out in front of Seaview Crescent.

Same is true of the rooftop at The Pawn, whole podium level at IFC etc.

Also in Causeway Bay, the new Crowne Plaza has great views from the 27th and 28th floor. It's further inland though, so while you do have full Happy Valley race view, you don't have harbor view.

Try Aqua on 29th floor (I think), 1 Peking Road, TST.

Or up Tai Koo has a good bar, Sugar, on top of the East Hotel.

    Prices to match view!

Any of the kiosks along the waterfront at Stanley (I quite like Groucho's because of the excellent selection of Belgian beers which are far cheaper than in Central anyway, but on which deals can be done once you become a regular).

Little Egret restaurant near Tai Po.

Various restaurants at the Gold Coast.

Any of the seafood restaurants in Sok Kwu Wan on Lamma

The restaurant at Mo Tat Wan on Lamma.

Man Kee restaurant on Po Toi Island.

They r improving.. At least it's better now than when they just opened few months ago, though I think the view is just so so.
Sevva is definitely good, or you can try the ozone bar at the top of the ritz Carlton hotel- fantastic view but not so great drinks
