BBC iPlayer (which will always be better quality than usual streams) will be showing most of the GPs left in 2013 live - http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/formula1/17238688

There is a variety of ways to use iPlayer in HK - I'm sure you all know it by now.

I find live streaming on iPlayer is temperamental and usually doesn't work for me in HK. Hence the need to find other streams. Might have to buy my father a Slingbox for Christmas ;-)

Trafalgar by default has the Star feed, but I believe they can switch to the Sky Sports feed on request although to ensure a smooth feed it's buffered by about 2 minutes.

Tunlr works well for iplayer - look it up. It's free too.

I've got F1 on Star TV by the way - this season they're using Sky commentary during the action itself so it's been loads better than last season (no pre-race show unfortunately).

Barn II in CWB is also under the same ownership as Trafalgar and has the same TV setup.
