    Quail egg siu mais are everywhere. Nearly every dim sum place I've been to serves them.

    Not that I disagree with your assessment of it being nice and cheap. But dimdimsumsum is not "interesting" whatsoever. It's basic, standard fare dim sum...not that there's anything wrong with that. It's just not what the OP asked for.

    I would rather go for a hotel restaurant instead of Lin Heung. Dim sum is supposed to be had in a relaxing environment.

    If you want the best Dim Sum restaurant in HK, it's definitely Luk Yu Tea House in Stanley Street, slightly expensive but very impressive. Around $500 HKD per person.

    I am keen to sample some great vegetarian dimsums in hongkong.Any recommendations? I tried the happy valley dimsum place- Art of tidbits but only one variety.
