Try contacting Colin who is the lead guy at Ned Kelly's in TST, he may point you in the right direction, or The Peel Fresco Music Lounge, Peel Street, forgot the ladies name who runs it.

what's a 'reasonable' price? Expect to pay HK$1500 per musician plus equipment rental.
