And you have not invited us riff-raff there? Must be special.

I cross the harbour loads and even make it up as far as Yuen Long sometimes, the joys of playing in the HK Darts league

    Back to first bar.

Seem to recall it being Mad Dogs Mad in Century Square building.

Perhaps the Financial Secretary will do something for Micro-Brews in his coming budget.

TAP is great, but I also have trouble finding it (it's never the first bar), and as for leaving ...

First bar I ever visited in HK was Mad Dogs on Nathan Road in 1991. World has changed a lot since then with the choices and quality exploding.

Hard to say what would be my #1 favourite these days. With apologies for the HK Island bias in my list, my choices vary from places like the Globe (for the incredible choice of beer/cider), TAP, Second Draft to little bars like Farmar in Kennedy down or Ruggers in CWB.

Its near where i live, but i understand what Nep means about keeping it secret.

When it first opened i could just head out and get a table. Nowadays, even on weeknights, its pretty packed.

You just have to go to the right area and its the bar which is packed. I've seen a few other "copycat" craft beer places near it and they are always empty.

The reason I can't remember anything is because it was such a good bar.
