That's "Club Highway" isn't it (the one which charged the two Americans who were later found dead from speedball abuse in the Hyatt something like $8000 for two whiskies - and the manager managed to keep a straight face when recounting this is court). In case anyone is in any doubt I think everyone here would agree that the curtain bars should not be entered for two simple reasons:
- you would have to be financially insane
- they are heavily involved in trafficking
The bar does sound like Fenwicks. Are you sure it could not have been Club Highway as discussed before? It does seem to match your description. The trouble is there are dozens of these clubs.
