sounds good, but i wouldn't do the expat discount idea as locals may not appreciate it.
Personally I disagree, "What you dont know doesnt hurt you", that assuming that the OP wants his punters to be expats and foreigners. That would be making the venue rather exclusive but rather unnecessarily elitist.
A bit of a gamble that play would be since it the venue is on the Kowloon side.

P.S. Anyone know if there are any bars that sell Nastro Azzurro (Peroni) over here? Ciao Bella (Italian my arse) doesn't.
Grappa in pacific place does... I think

All I can say really is good luck.

True, you have to factor the cost of a Kowloon visa in.

(Was a long standing joke on one of the online forums in 1993-94. We'd tell people they had to ask for a Kowloon visa at Immigration in Kai Tak.. the Hong Kong visa did not allow them to enter the "mainland part of Hong Kong")

    Izzy,

Hi. This is Christian(real name) I have been looking for some time now for an interesting Bar share investiment. I would be very interested to know how it is all going for you not with a view to invest ( perhaps) but to learn.

    Cheers,
    Christian

    great bar food

    Hi

This is some of my fav. foods that I miss SO much from Canada.

    Check out this site http://www.kelseys.ca/

They have the best bar food ever!! Their Kelsey's Party Platter is the BEST! Drinks are not bad either.

I noticed HK doesn't serve Sour Apple or Raspberry Sour Puss liqueurs. I miss those too!! They're So great with sprite or with any other mixers!

    Good luck!
