Phantom of the Opera full muscial now available on youtube

Don't know how many of you lot enjoy watching musicals. Andrew Lloyd Webber's ones are so-so in my opinion, not my favorite but certainly not the worst. But if anyone is interested, Webber himself has offered the full Phantom of the Opera muscial on youtube for a limited time (for the next 40 hours or so). So if you are bored being stuck at home from the pandemic, you can go watch it now. The musical starts after a brief public message to support actors during the pandemic:

There has been a series of these each Friday evening for 48 hours.

so far Joseph, Jesus Christ superstar and now Phantom. Hoping Evita might come along soon.

My audio set up can really shine playing this . . . my A/V receiver can mimic the sound stage of music halls and theater stages.

I don't think Ramin Karimloo and Sierra Boggess can compare to Michael Crawford and Sarah Brightman in their original roles as Phantom and Christine. But Karimloo and Boggess do a good job still.

Gotta' appreciate the effort to perform for three hours with a bunch of prosthetic crap stuck to your face as the lead.
