What did Gecko Bar used to be called

Before Gecko opened, there was a bar there that had white padded walls, psychodelic lighting, and was a fun place to go. Can anyone remember the name of it? This would have been around 2001.

Thats the only older place I can find using the address of Gecko and looking at old pages.

Put this into google -- "LGF" "Au's Building" -gecko

No Home Base had an entrance on Hollywood Road (was in a basement) and existed at the same time as Gecko but more or less in the same building just opposite sides.
I wasn’t here in 2001 so don’t know what was before Gecko.
