Recommendation for venue of my 18th birthday??

Im desperately in need of help right now!!! I want to organise a birthday party for my 18th on the 23rd Jan.
I'll be inviting about 15-20 people. It has to be under HK$100 per person or smt..Could you please recommend me a restaurant or a private party room for my birthday (lunch or dinner) party? And maybe after some food, we would go karaoke or a movie?
I'd be happy to hear any sort of birthday plan you wish to suggest or any other related stuff.:bigparty

P.S Im not really sure about the price though, i think my dad might pay for it.

Hey, yeah i still do. We ended up celebrating there. It was loads of fun ^O^ hope you have a blast at your birthday too, IF it's coming up
