Seafood / Dai Pai Dong Recommendations

Where can I find good seafood in Hong Kong that is not too expensive? I'm looking to spend $300 to $400 for 2 persons. Should I go to Sai Kung or Lamma Island?

    and

Where can I find a good Dai Pai Dong? I love dining outdoors.

Yes!!! I'm going to stuff my mouth full in Hong Kong. I'll be coming in October from Vancouver.

Could you give me some restaurant names?

I have no idea what the names are. just start walking to the left when you get off the pier and you will come to a strip of outdoor restaurants. I just pick the one with the nicest tablecloths,
