Perhaps if you're taking girls to the peak when it is pissing down with rain and you can't see sod all explains why it is just a hypothetical date? Just joking. Nice meal, some wine, good conversation. Old hat but you can't beat it.

Obviously you are going to sit at home alone tonight with candles burning, watching The Notebook, eating ice-cream then going to sleep listening to Celine Dion.

Geez. Mate, it's only rain! Have a cup of concrete and harden up!

But, I agree with hullexile: Nice meal, some wine, good conversation. Simple, but effective. It can be anywhere that is not a complete dive.

Tsing Yi Maritime square is better...have dinner at spagheti house [sea view] ...if rain , watch the movie , no rain walk along the promenade...

Dinner at Nichollinis and then a room at the Conrad will do the job, followed by brekkie in the garden cafe. and if weather does improve a dip in the hot-tub.

the rubber ducky in the conrad room never fails to impress the ladies.

As long as it doesn't have a hole in it, I've heard girls get very disappointed when it suddenly deflates.
