Are they open to everyone and not to members only?

Gecko, in a run-down looking alley next to Ivan the Kozak on the escalator. Awesome place, but only gets going about 11pm.

The FCC Jazz Festival is on this weekend and is open to non-members. The first night was tonight. More great bands tomorrow and Saturday.

    Melting Pot certainly.

Also Backstage on Wellington St, Peel Fresco on Peel St as well as the Fringe Club have jazz programmes frequently.

None of the above requires membership although Fringe Club membership is certainly useful if you are likely to go to the place a lot.
