    Rolling Stones

This is the BIG one. As many of you probably know by now, the Rolling Stones will be thumping it out in Hong Kong on March 28 and 29th at the HK Convention Centre. Priority tickets ( via HSBC credit cards) went on sale yesterday. If you haven't booked yours already, call 31288211 or go to www.ticketek.com.hk

While the HK Convention Centre is the last place where I would like to see the Stones, we don't have much choice. I mean it's not even open air , it does not have the rock concert feel, there'll be no dope, no groupies, no flower children, no wild cries ... all in all it will probably be a sanitised affair. Which is a shame but then what do you do ?

Let's hope they get some fire extinguishers as Mick Jagger and Keith Richards burn those microphones down while belting out out "start me up" or " brown sugar". So all ye Stones fans out here - please book your tickets early so that we can all hang out together and undersand why we "cant'get no... satisfaction"

Probably going to be cheaper to catch them in BKK according to the paper.

Are they work $2xxx? Dunno ... (sad to say ... but I dunno)

HKC&EC and the Stones do not go together
Unless you simply have to show that you are part of the 'IN' crowd, I can see no earthly reason to spend close to $3k to see a hugely scaled down concert.

To get Satisfaction call your favourite Bangkok resort NOW!

Yeah depends on the way you look at it. To some, Stones would certainly be worth more than $2k. But whether it is worth spending that money to sit in the 'Platinum Circle' is debatable.

I've of course bought the $598 tickets. I'm hoping to forge about the price as soon as 'jumping jackflash' starts pumping out.

I am pretty pissed off right now. Only available to HSBC members.

Going to try again at mid night .. lets see if it works. If not .. the Stones can kiss my rear end.
