I'm here with no family and am wondering what to do on Christmas day. I am wondering if there are others like me and if so, maybe we can arrange a Christmas dinner somewhere.

last xmas day the wife and I went to the red lion in Wanchai for a traditional (English) xmas lunch - turkey and all the trimmings, washed down with several John Smiths and White Wine....Then flew off to Thailand the same night for a weeks relaxation. Pretty good way to spend xmas all in all.
I can only find:
Red Lion Pub
G/F 9 Lock Road Tsimshatsui
Tel 2317 6290
New Red Lion Inn
15 Ashley Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong
Tel: +852 2317 6289
The Red Lion in TST is a very tacky, old bar though infamous for the more mature...er...you know.

Hebe 101 does a top notch, 5 course, traditional Christmas dinner, if you want to organise a group of people, set around excellent marina views, making it a bit of a big day out, away from the city high rises. See how the other half live, out in the NT .
Directions by public transport:
Take the MTR to Kowloon Tong, then get the 1A green top, Sai Kung mini bus, and get off at Hebe Haven, about 15 ~ 20 minutes bus ride.
I'd suggest also, that it might be a good idea, once a Christmas dinner venue is chosen, that you reserve/book well in advance, like right now, unless you want to be left, like a shag on a rock, on the 25th.

I was lucky enough to get the last non-2 person table at the Intercontinental's buffet in TST.
ohh, that's more familiar then...
