Where can I see a professional fight?

I've got a friend coming to HK between the 11th and 18th September and he's asked to see s fight. And before some smart ass says LKF on a Saturday night, I'm talking about a professional fight/match/tournament?

Does anyone know of anything going on between those dates?

You know, once I was watching a HK travel show that did a special on the HK night life. One of the bars they went to had a ring in the center that hosted MMA style fights while you drank around them. It seemed like one of the most awesome places ever. I promised myself I'd go and check it out the next time I came back here.

...Now I can't remember the name or where the damn thing was.

Dude, all I remember is that it was like 3 years ago I saw it on a cantonese language travel channel and it looked like a serious dive, but awesome nonetheless. I kinda posted here to see if anyone had heard of it.
