Can anybody tell me how much I ought to spend on socks?

    I was thinking about investing in socks, I need to find an online sock broker.

    Some people are saying the market in socks is hot now and others say there is a bubble in socks, any ideas?

    Can anyone recommend which type of socks to buy? I want a 50% return in 2 months and I am using my life savings.

    Sorry - life savings can only be used for high-leverage investments.

    Go long on stockings and short the ankle socks.

    The Hong Kong sock market is going to collapse, everyone knows that except idiots like you. There is a new mutation of foot flu spreading which means no one will wear socks for a while. You watch there will be a 90% off sale in M&S within the year then I will invest my millions.

    As the resident religious nutter on this site I would just like to take the moral high ground and point out that the Bible clearly states that socks outside of marriage is wrong and the Vatican holds a strong position that foot fetishists should practice natural birth control and not be putting condoms on their partner's feet.

    I'm in Singapore today and I forgot my socks. I have to go out and buy some. How much should I pay? Does anyone know where to buy socks in Singapore? Sports socks ideally. With stripes.
