    if you insert frozen chapatis into a sock before heating up, it helps prevent it from getting too hard. used socks tend to give it some flavor too.

    G2000 mostly, but when there is a sale I go to Wellcome. If I recall these are the only 2 places legally certified to sell socks to foreigners.
